Setzer Builds specializes in Carpentry, Millwork, Historic Restoration, and New Construction.

We have a team of in-house carpenters dedicated in our craft. From framing to trim out we're focused on managing the building of our projects from within.

Our company has an in-house millwork shop to create custom built-ins, fabricated trim & millwork, furniture, and other custom woodworking projects.

We believe that the key to building beautifully today is looking to the builders of the past. We understand and implement historic details in new construction work and our historic restorations.
